RACE DIRECTORS

Main duties & Responsibilities:

• Zero hour contract
• Meet, greet and sign-in customers
• Deliver the race safety briefing
• Responsible for the implementation of the Karting Schedule of Arrive and Drive, races and corporate/group parties
• Oversee, manage and operate the race control timing and display system to provide safe, competitive kart racing for the enjoyment of our customers
• Act as a duty manager of the venue whilst providing strong, effective and highly visible leadership to karting staff
• Ensure karting personnel run all races/events safely, efficiently and professionally
• Ensure that all cash controls and cash handling procedures are followed and adhered to

Marshal/Circuit Operative

Main duties & Responsibilities:

• Zero hour contract
• Weekends Essential
• Setting & re-setting the track ready for each event
• Assisting customers signing-in
• Managing the track during racing
• Assisting drivers on circuit
• Managing the pit lane
• Monitoring the track and hospitality areas
• Flexible working hours
• Promotion prospects to Race Director for experienced marshals
• 17+
